You are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period (not a trial period) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Returned items must remain in brand-new condition and include all accessories and invoices; otherwise, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.
Return Conditions: Personal hygiene items (such as socks and insoles) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
