1. How to Measure Your Foot Length and Width?
Please prepare a piece of white paper and a ruler, step on the paper, and follow these steps to measure:
- Keep your heel flat against the wall: Place the paper flat against the wall, stand straight facing forward, and ensure your heel is fully in contact with the wall.
- Measure to the longest toe: Hold a pen vertically to the paper and mark the front tip of your longest toe (either the big toe or the second toe). Then, use a ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the wall to the mark (Unit: cm).
- Match centimeters to specifications: The measured length can be used to find the corresponding JPN (cm) value. However, for USTINI shoes, please mainly refer to the EUR sizes on the size chart.
* Tip: Your left and right feet are usually slightly different sizes; please use the larger measurement as your guide. If you wish to purchase USTINI patented functional socks, you can also refer to the sock size recommendations (S / M / L) at the bottom of the shoe size chart.

Although our size charts are highly accurate for each model, if your feet match any of the following conditions, we recommend choosing one size larger than your actual measurement for a more comfortable fit:
- High insteps, fleshy feet, or wide feet.
- Severe bunions (hallux valgus) where the bone easily rubs against the side of the shoe when walking.
- A habit of wearing thick athletic socks, or the need to insert personal medical/specialized thick insoles.

A: Because every shoe features different functionalities, materials, and structures. To guarantee your wearing comfort, we provide an individual size chart under the "Product Description" and "Additional Details" sections of each product. Checking the specific chart for that exact model is the most accurate approach!
Q2: If I receive the shoes and find the size isn't right, can I return or exchange them?
A: Yes, absolutely! We offer a comprehensive Return and Exchange policy. Upon receiving your shoes, please try them on indoors on a clean, flat surface (such as a piece of paper placed on a clean floor). Please do not remove the tags and do not wear them outdoors. Ensure the size fits perfectly before wearing them regularly.
