Q1: How do I join USTINI as an online or in-store member?
You can register on USTINI official website to become an online member, or scan the QR code at any USTINI directly operated store to join as an in-store LINE member.
To ensure your full membership benefits, please use the same mobile phone number for both registrations.
Q2: How do I receive my welcome gift and birthday rewards?
Once you complete membership registration, your welcome gift will be automatically added to your member account and can be applied at checkout.
Online birthday credit will be issued to your account automatically between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on your birthday; in-store birthday coupons will be issued to your member account at the beginning of your birthday month.
Q3: Can online shopping credits or coupons be used in-store?
USTINI’s official website and directly operated stores run on different systems, so benefits are managed separately and shopping credits / coupons are used in different channels.
Online shopping credits can be viewed and used in your website member account, while in-store coupons can be checked via the official LINE or at store counters.
Q4: Is there an expiration date for the welcome gift?
Whether issued online or in-store, your welcome gift must be used within 90 days from the date the coupon or shopping credit is issued. It will expire automatically after the validity period.
Q5: Is there an expiration date for the birthday gift?
Whether issued online or in-store, your birthday reward must be used within 30 days from the date the coupon or shopping credit is issued. It will expire automatically after the validity period.
How do I use the online welcome and birthday credits?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select your items. When the discounted cart total reaches NT$1,000, the system will automatically apply the available credits (capped at 10% of the order total, maximum discount of NT$200 per order).

- This membership program takes effect on April 1, 2026.
- To ensure your member rights, please use the same mobile phone number when registering for USTINI’s official in-store LINE membership and online website membership, so that your benefits can be fully linked and applied.
- Points from online purchases and in-store purchases are accumulated separately. You can check them via USTINI’s official LINE and on the official website respectively.
- Benefits tied to your U-Fan membership via USTINI’s official LINE, unless otherwise specified, can be redeemed at all USTINI directly operated stores and counters within the validity period. Online U-Fan shopping credits can only be used as discounts on the official website.
- If your combined online and in-store spending reaches NT$50,000 (inclusive) within 12 months, you may contact customer service or call (04)3505-0800 to upgrade to Super U-Fan and enjoy additional benefits and surprises.
- Please provide your full date of birth when registering. USTINI will send you a special birthday gift during your birthday month.
