Product Wearing & Safety Advice
- ❌ Do Not Step on the Heel Counter: Do not crush or step on the heel counter as if wearing slippers. This can cause deformation, ruin the shoe's structure, and lead to a loss of support and directional control, increasing the risk of foot instability or injury.
- ❌ Allergies & Discomfort: If any allergic reactions or unusual discomfort occur while wearing, please stop using immediately and seek medical attention.
- ❌ Avoid Hazardous Environments: Prevent shoes from coming into contact with acids, alkalis, oils, chemical solvents, sharp/hard objects, high temperatures, heat sources, and high pressure.
- Walking Safety: Although the shoes provide basic slip resistance, walking safety can still be affected by road conditions or personal usage. Exercise caution on wet, oily, tiled, marble, metallic mesh, icy, or snowy surfaces. Be especially careful when transitioning from dry to wet ground.
- Regular Replacement: Shoes are consumable items. Wear and deformation vary based on individual usage intensity and habits. If the outsole treads are worn flat or become indistinct, replacing the shoes is highly recommended to prevent slipping.
- Eco-Friendly & Recycled Materials: If your shoes contain biodegradable or eco-friendly materials, we recommend wearing them at least twice a month and storing them in a cool, dry place. Regular wear helps release accumulated moisture through pressure, effectively preventing hydrolysis.
- Properly Fastening Shoes: Excessively long shoelaces can be stepped on or caught in wheels; please adjust and tie them securely. Fasten hook-and-loop straps properly. Forcing your feet in or out without loosening laces or straps can easily crush, deform, or damage the heel counter.
- Natural Leather Color Bleeding: Current eco-friendly dyeing technologies cannot completely eliminate color bleeding. Linings made of natural leather or fabric may transfer color due to friction, sweat, or rainwater. Pairing with dark socks and pants is recommended.
- USTINI Patented Static-Release Function: The earthing (grounding) feature may gradually diminish with wear and sole abrasion. The functional lifespan is approximately 1 to 2 years (depending on actual usage). Please consider replacing the shoes if significant wear is visible.
Please read the product care and usage instructions carefully.

Storage & Preservation
- Cool and Low-Humidity Environment: Shoe materials (including brand-new, unworn pairs) naturally age over time. Choose a suitable dry and well-ventilated space for storage. Leaving shoes unused for extended periods can accelerate deterioration; please check their condition before wearing them again.
- Do Not Store Inside Vehicles: Temperatures inside a car or trunk can become extremely high under direct sunlight, which can cause sole separation, glue melting, or shoe deformation in a very short time.
General Cleaning Guide
Daily Maintenance
- Dust Removal: After taking off your shoes, use a soft-bristled shoe brush to gently remove dust from the upper and side edges.
- Moisture & Odor Control: Place shoes in a cool, ventilated area. If they are damp from sweat, insert crinkled white paper/newspaper to absorb moisture, and replace insoles regularly.
- Shoe Rotation: We recommend alternating between different pairs of shoes to give cushioning enough time to recover their elasticity.
Cleaning Steps
- Spot Cleaning the Upper: Use a soft-bristled shoe brush or toothbrush dampened with a small amount of water to gently scrub stains, then immediately blot dry with a cloth. For oily stains, a small amount of baking soda or vinegar can be used to boost cleaning.
Note: Cleaning water-repellent uppers with detergents may diminish their water-repellent effect. - Sole Washing: When washing the outsoles, keep the bottom facing down to prevent dirty water from running onto and staining the clean upper. First, brush away dirt and small stones along the grooves, then use a soft-bristled shoe brush or toothbrush with a neutral detergent to gently scrub, and finally rinse the foam away and wipe dry.
- Safe Air-Drying Method: If shoes are soaked by rain or after cleaning, wipe them thoroughly with a dry cloth and let them air-dry in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Stuff the inside with white paper to absorb moisture. In humid weather, a dehumidifier can be used, but never place the shoes directly on the dehumidifier's air outlet.
- Severe or Special Stains: If your shoes are stained with difficult substances like machine oil or coffee, it is highly recommended to take them to a professional shoe cleaning service.
About the Yellowing of White Shoes
- Natural Oxidation: White fabric uppers can naturally oxidize and turn yellow over time due to environmental exposure, accumulation of sebum/sweat, or leftover detergent residues.
- Water Stain Prevention: Tap water contains trace minerals. When cleaning white shoes, minimize soaking time and dry them quickly with an absorbent cloth to avoid water spots after drying. Performing daily dust removal immediately upon returning home is the best way to keep white shoes clean and beautiful.
⚠️ Four Cleaning & Care Pitfalls
- ❌ Never Soak the Entire Shoe: Soaking causes dissolved dirt in the water to seep back in, severely staining otherwise clean fabric uppers.
- ❌ Never Machine Wash or Spin Dry: The intense agitation and high-speed spinning of a washing machine can easily destroy the shoe's bonded structure, leading to glue failure and warping.
- ❌ Never Expose to High Heat or Direct Sunlight: Direct sunlight, hot air from hair dryers, or clothes dryers will lead to sole separation, material degradation, brittleness, or severe shrinkage.
- ❌ Never Use Harsh Detergents: Strictly avoid bleach, chemical solvents, or strong acid/alkaline cleaners, as they will permanently ruin fabric fibers and leather colors.
Material-Specific Care Tips
Genuine Leather
- Use a commercially available leather cleaner with a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe away dirt.
- Apply leather cream or conditioner evenly to a cotton cloth periodically to wipe and maintain the leather surface.
Suede / Microfiber Leather
- Gently remove dust with a soft-bristled shoe brush. For stubborn stains, use a dedicated suede eraser lightly, avoiding excessive or frequent friction.
- We highly recommend spraying a dedicated protector before wearing a new pair for the first time to extend its lifespan. Note that minor color fading after wear is a natural characteristic of this material.
PU Synthetic Leather (Polyurethane)
- Regularly wipe off surface dirt with a cotton cloth dampened with water, then air-dry in a cool place. For deeper grime, spray a mild sneaker cleaner onto the cloth to wipe.
- Do not use genuine leather shoe polish, as it can deteriorate synthetic materials. Contact with alcohol or volatile chemicals may cause irreversible damage.
- Slight, natural cracking on the surface after long-term wear is normal for PU materials.
Mesh, Canvas & Polyester
- Gently hand wash in warm water using a mild or soft sneaker-specific detergent.
- Please ensure all dirt and soap residues are thoroughly rinsed out; otherwise, leftover residues will easily form noticeable spots once dried.
