Recently, we have received multiple reports of fraudulent activities where scammers impersonated “USTINI Official” on Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Threads, or other platforms, such as:

• Using the brand name to sell products not from our company
• Stealing product images to counterfeit USTINI shoes
• Setting up unofficial websites or fan pages to mislead orders
• Claiming clearance sales or flash deals, luring customers to pay but never shipping the product, or delivering poor-quality counterfeits not made by USTINI

These are all fraudulent acts!
We have reported multiple fake websites and social media accounts, and we are actively cooperating with the police to protect consumer rights.

❌ Common Scam Tactics – Stay Alert:

1. Prices far below market value (e.g., original price $3,680, fake offer only $990)
2. No customer service channel and no order tracking available
3. Products never delivered after payment
4. Receiving poor-quality counterfeits with no return option
5. Fake fan pages or posts get reported and removed, then reappear with new accounts to continue scamming

• Before placing an order, verify the website URL is official (https://ustini.com.tw/) or (https://ustini.waca.shop/)
• If you see ads, first confirm through USTINI’s official Facebook page or official LINE customer service
• Do not click on suspicious or unknown links

⚠️ USTINI will never, under any circumstances, ask you via phone, SMS, or email to operate an ATM, make bank transfers, or change your payment method.
If someone claims to be from “USTINI” and asks for your banking information or requests you to cancel installment settings, it is a scam! Please do not fall for it.
